Voter Social is an analytics-driven firm that helps political campaigns reach decisive voters through creators, paid media, content, and audience targeting. The specific services we provide to a client are defined in a separate written agreement with that client.

You agree to use our site for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the site.

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, interfere with its operation, or use it to transmit malicious code.

The content on votersocial.us, including text, graphics, logos, and the underlying code, is owned by or licensed to Voter Social. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse it without permission, except as allowed by applicable law.

Booking an intro call or contacting us does not create a client relationship. We will work with you to determine whether our services are a fit. Any engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

We use third-party tools to operate our site and services, including scheduling, hosting, and analytics providers. We are not responsible for the practices of those third parties, and your interactions with them are governed by their own terms.

Our site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voter Social disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voter Social will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our site.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
